After earning her B.A. from UCLA's theatre department (Magna Cum Laude), Allison continued to study her craft for many years with Robert Carnegie and Jeff Goldblum. She advanced to the highest level that the school offers, and only left the Playhouse because she was too busy working! She has performed in feature films, TV series, commercials, live theatre and industrials.
Allison no longer pursues acting, but feels strongly that her past performing experience is a huge asset to her current work as a director, choreographer and intimacy coordinator/director.
